All who attend this conference are required to abide by our code of conduct. A copy of this agreement will be signed at the time of registration.
OASIS is a professional development conference where company representatives will be present. We therefore encourage wearing business casual attire. However, we will not turn attendees away if business casual attire presents a hardship or makes them feel uncomfortable.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY
It is prohibited to take, share, or post still or digital photos at the OASIS Conference. Photo release lanyards are for the use of conference directors only, and indicate which individuals have consented to having their photos used for official promotional materials, including our website. Engaging in video and/or audio recording of any portion of the OASIS Conference is prohibited.
ALCOHOL ANd stubstance use
San Diego State University is a completely smoke-free and tobacco-free campus. Smoking is not permitted in or outside any buildings, including parking structures. Using or possessing recreational drugs at the conference is strictly prohibited. The purchase or consumption of alcohol on the San Diego State University campus will not be permitted the day of the conference.
To ensure the safety of all individuals associated with our conference, you must wear your OASIS identification badge at all times. These badges help identify which individuals are associated with our conference. If you are not wearing a badge, you will not be allowed to enter the theater or conference rooms and cannot receive breakfast or lunch.
